What you can publish

When you bid for a spot in the daily ranking or buy a banner, you're submitting a product: a name, a link and a logo or image. You confirm that you own or are authorized to promote what you submit, and that the link works and points to the content you describe.

What gets removed

We keep the site useful and safe for everyone. Submissions that contain any of the following are removed without a refund:

Adult content. Pornography or sexually explicit material, in the product itself or one click away from it.

Gambling and casinos. Online casinos, betting sites, lotteries and anything promoting gambling.

Misleading advertising. Fake claims, deceptive offers, scams, counterfeit goods or "get rich quick" schemes.

Illegal or harmful content. Anything illegal in the EU, malware, phishing pages, or content that incites violence or hate.

Broken or bait links. Links that don't work, redirect somewhere different from the declared domain, or lead to empty/irrelevant pages.

We review submissions at our discretion. If your product is removed for any of these reasons, the payment is not refunded.

Payments and bids

Bids run from $1 to $9,999 and each amount in the daily ranking is unique — the higher the bid, the better the position. Payments are processed by Stripe and are one-time, non-recurring charges. If you raise an existing bid, you only pay the difference.

Reservations for future days are charged at booking time and are subject to the same content rules — a reserved spot can be removed if the product breaks these terms.

Refunds

Because each published spot occupies a unique position that no one else can buy, payments are final once the product goes live. If your submission is removed for breaking these terms, no refund is issued. If we can't publish your product for a reason that's on us (a technical failure on our side), we'll refund you in full.

Availability

The site is offered as-is. Rankings reset daily at 5:00 AM (Madrid time) and past winners stay browsable in the rankings archive. We aim for high availability, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service and we're not liable for missed traffic during downtime.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
